Working directly with the executive VP and supporting the entire executive team, you will ensure a variety of administrative tasks and the application of quality standards.

Managing the executive team’s schedules (prioritizing appointments, overseeing the annual meeting calendar, handling virtual invitations, etc.).

Providing administrative support for the executive team’s presentations (drafting, formatting, updating, note-taking, etc.).

Coordinating all management activities (meetings, events, quality management when a supplier or guest visits).

Ensuring the quality standards for the office building (cleaning, coffee/lunch/beverage machines, minor repairs, etc.).

Tracking certain data and reports.
What personal attributes and skills should you have for success?

A high level of autonomy, great organization skills and highly developed resourcefulness.

Attention to the quality of written communications, in both French and English.

Tendency to be meticulous and hold yourself to a high standard.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Are there any prerequisites?

You must be willing to work in person at the office.

You must have five years of work experience in an administrative support role.
